A good flash.

I disagree with the political slant, but given this is an Ebolaworld/Sam T piece, I can't say I'm surprised.

That being said, the flash work was up to the usual quality I would expect. Nice job on that. I do wish this had been funnier. I barely cracked a smile, except for George's favorite color. Plurple. :-)

A good flash with a bad message.

First the good stuff.

I liked the animation. It was quite smooth and well done. The voice acting was also quite well done, which can be very hard to do, so kudos on that. Overall, I enjoyed this sleection of movies.

Now mediocre stuff.

I know this was supposed to be funny, but I barely even cracked a smile through the whole thing. Maybe I'm too tired. I dunno. I guess all the jokes seemed obvious and passe. Still, that's not to say it isn't funny.

Now for the bad stuff.

You do realize that Newgrounds is frequented by a lot of youths, right? The whole "weed is harmless and the government is bad for enforcing it's laws" really isn't a good message to be telling them. The last thing this country needs is more drug users who think the government is evil.

A good piece with a good point.

Nice work on this project.

Good work on the movement, camera angles, and overall story. I really likes how Grey painted himself. It was really smooth and worked well. I also really liked the choice of music that help set the mood and didn't seem to interfere with the story.

The point was made pretty clearly in this movie. I would have liked a slightly less sexualized ending ... perhaps with only a hug. I feel that would get the point across just as well and seems more appropriate for strangers.

Also, I found the closed captioning a bit annoying. It would have been much more poignant if the characters didn't have mouths at all and simply made gestures to get across their points. That would save the user having to "read tv" and would allow (force) a lot more emotion into the characters and overall movie.

Lastly, I have a recommendation that could be applied to almost all clay movies seen on Newgrounds. Use a background. Something, anything, other than the ubiquitous table in some guy's bedroom with a computer in the background. That just completely kills the mood you are trying to set.

In summary, this is a very well done clay movie. There is a good (albeit simple) plot with a good moral and a good final resolution.

Thanks, i'll do something with this.

it was kinda hard to explain the story without text, so thats why i did do it.. :(

And this will probably be one of my last without a background, but the point in this movie was that the man was made from clay (else he couldnt pain himself :P) so this is like a good environment for clay to live in or something.

Next time i will probably do 3d backgrounds (using 3dmax or maya)

Thanks :)

Fantastic work! A must see piece.

Wow!

Like the Adventures of Mr Coo, this is a wonderful piece of animation.

The style is very clean and fluid and I really enjoy the artwork. It has great color and forces the viewer to focus on the story rather than worrying about little details that really aren't necessary.

I really like the way there are no real words spoken. Narration isn't needed and it forces you to fill in the blanks as to what people might be saying (which isn't very hard based on their actions).

I don't know what else to say. I love it. Anyone who doesn't love this movie must be either having a really bad day or must be mentally deficient. I hope to see more of your work soon!

Funny.

KHAN!!!!!!! HA HA HA HA HA!

Very well done and thoguhtful.

What a great piece. You've really taught me something. Now I see what an interesting time trash can have and how it can impact other people's lives in fun and unexpected ways.

I'm going to start littering straight away!

A well done thought provoking piece.

I'm not sure how to take this movie. Should I consider it a message of socialism or personal responsibility? I'm leaning towards the latter because that's what I believe every person needs. So. I'll continue to count my blessings and help others where I can.

Nice flash, by the way. The artistic style and music were very interesting.

Yawn.

So this is front page material, huh?

I guess it is semi-original and different in style, but it's really not anything new (try seaching Google video or Alta Vista video for "blondestar" for the original video of this). However, I have a hard time understanding why it's on the front page.

Technically and artistically, this piece is VERY lacking. It fades unstyled text and a logo every so often. I expected a lot more.

It is fairly humorous, but mostly because of the audio, not the text. The text just didn't add enough to support.

I honestly think this gets put onto the front page for political reasons. ZipperFish movies pretty much ALWAYS get on the front page. Why is that? Do they refer enough links to get special treatment? This certainly does not deserve it in my opinion.

Amazing. Fantastic. Superb.

What else can I say other than that I would expect no less. Your work never ceases to amaze me.

I can't wait for part two! (well, I can, but it's gonna be very difficult.)

Good, but kinda dull.

I liked this piece, but it was rather boring. Don't get me wrong, it was well done. The music and art fit the mood of the content quite well. I guess I was just not in the right mood for it.

Oh, and by the way, "sepAration". (Yes, I'm a spelling nazi.)

It is naive to think you can change people. It is equally naive to think you shouldn't try.
